Earthquake replaced Fissure by Agate Circus reminder; eight speed-yielding Opal encounters gave11SpeedEV, saved Speed162 exceeds PULSE Magnezone161. Klinklang covers Steel because Seventh Street Iron Head tutor additionally requires the later Pokémon rescue variable160>=13, currently0. No tutor shards/locked Corey-office EV boosters were collected.
Verified Railnet approach from Grand Hall:38E6 ->519E142 ->520E38 ->102E2 ->635[0,7], left ->634[39,20] ->634E5 ->225E4 ->228E1 ->229E150 readiness. Crossing635[0,6] hits an impassable adjoining tile; usey7. Railnet map planning must be regenerated after native save sync: the old cached228 extract showed a closed gate even though both1755 and215 were already true in the fresh save. No Rock Smash or Strength team change is needed on this route. Low-level wild Noibat safely fled through ordinary Run; bounded helper queues reviewed approach.
Devon opening partner is Victoria (relation310=7,282=0). First paired trainers Bishop/Clefable-Persian-Durant-Golurk-Ribombee and Allyssa/Grumpig-Shiinotic-Tentacruel-Alakazam-Goodra, all73–75; exact native metadata in work/devon-*.json. Native partner startsGallade76. Arcanine's Intimidate and targeted Fire/Dark moves, with stop-on-low-HP policy, are the initial approach. Later Victoria and Arclight are separate singles; returning to the normal PC restores the party, so this is not a fixed-roster no-healing gauntlet. Electric floor correction
After second paired victory, ordinary q crossing on map624 at phase33914 hit live tiles. Arc/Mien/KK/Amp reached1HP; Ground types remained healthy. Third fight continued with Excadrill and partner. Generic nav now blocks every active pbFieldDamage tile; use devon_walk with current radio342 for all panel crossings. The partnered battles heal the party only at their conclusion, not their entry. No reload or save modification used.
Upper floor progress
Won Roth first attempt,0 battle items. Arc KO Cloyster/Zebstrika/Heracross; Exc KO Klinklang; KK KO Gardevoir. Rotor sight-line approach moves Roth from8,8 to8,9; post-battle self-switchA retains his solid sprite. The first batched route used stale NPC position and lost3 electric ticks, caught by endpoint8,8 mismatch. Corrected planning position626E5=[8,9] from visible coordinate/sprite evidence. Party inspected: Arc129/262,Mien127/199,KK123/195,Amp150/240,Exc162/289,SW257/257. Healed Arc with oneHyper and Mien with oneLemon before continuing. Lemonade is70HP in19.5, not80. Generic route/live-panel guard remains enabled.
The corrected fast radio route (36edges,3chunks) reached David at3,5 with no coordinate mismatch; final edge stopped immediately on trainer dialogue. Live recording099. - Installed19.5 map630 E49 and629 E32 are White Shard puzzle controls, NOT healing Light Shards despite older walkthrough. PC remains the actual heal option.
- New conveyor planner follows source routes, wall stops and rejects electrically unsafe forced landings; spinning pads remain separately blocked.

2026-10-02 04:26 corrections and healed counter
The first puzzle was completed and its native power switch1562 is true. Native checkpoint showed Swampert/Excadrill unharmed and the four other Pokemon at1HP from electrical damage; no battle was entered with that roster. Returned to the PC normally by toggling monitor630E63/s749 off, then crossing the south belt; the animation-restoration event630E32 is not a movement barrier. Five normal PC exchanges healed the roster and replaced Klinklang with healthy Cryogonal/Hexan for Arclight. Native Devon-Arclight-counter-ready is fullHP, map628[30,6], radio342=3, pending745=false. Mienshao Box1slot1; Klinklang Box1slot6. The earlier radio test at map628 was inconclusive because that arena lacks the puzzle room radio-controller event; A was already the documented Mega/Misc button, S is UseItem. Native puzzle entry state must be captured after intro/pending radio controls settle before trusting color notes.
The solvers now include terrain conveyors, permit inspected routes that only restore animation/speed, and lazily build only visited spinner orientations. Reentering after the PC return requires restoring630E63/s749 true before the north spinner route. No game/save data was edited.
Final puzzle is map631, not632 (632 contains PULSE rooms). The complete source/guide order is E120/s764, E117/s761 on, E118/s762 on, E117/s761 off, E119/s763, E121/s765, E122/s766, E123/s767, E41/power1564. E124/s768 is the extra post-ZEL exit monitor; attempting it before the power panel cannot cross the one-way upper bridge. Dry plans through E123 are in work/devon-631-full-corrected-dryplan.log, then work/devon-631-power-final-dryplan.json reaches26,3. Hypothetical dry state only; these final-room monitors are not yet activated in the game.
Arclight complete, 2026-10-02 04:46 ET
Arclight beaten first attempt, zero player bag items. SW Earthquake cleared Luxray/Raichu; CF TrickRoom/DestinyBond traded for Exploud; Cryogonal LightScreen supported Excadrill SwordsDance/Earthquake against MegaAmpharos, then IceBeam OHKO Noivern. Jolteon's ShortCircuit-boosted ShadowBall KO'd injured SW before its action; Amp LightScreen and Arc three priority ExtremeSpeeds finished safely. Do not estimate Jolteon as only using HP Ice: Ghost damage is field boosted, and VoltAbsorb heals stray electricity each turn. SW80/Cryo76; native phase33936,map628[5,25],78470cash, two fainted. NormalPC return now heals all six and restores KK/Mien for ZEL.

Factory doubles GearGrind damage. Direct unboosted GearGrind already exceeds Aurorus/Glaceon HP, and its two hits break Aurorus FocusSash; avoid an unnecessary opening ShiftGear that invites Thunderbolt/paralysis. Factory ShiftGear is +2Attack/+2Speed if a later protected setup is useful. Plan directGearGrind againstAurorus, then reviewed Glaceon; SnowCloak duringhail can still cause a miss despiteWideLens. ArcCrunch safely handlesAlakazam; KK canreturnagainstEspeon. KeepMienshao forUmbreon andExc/Amp/CF forPULSE. The current major117 introchoice isNo forEve/Lumi relationshippoints.
Radio control verified in second room

Field.rb's onMapUpdate sets745 when779DevonPanelPuzzle istrue;629E12 consumes745 and cycles342. Use seedednativecolor afterentry/intro; no logicalkeyremappingneeded.
Second-room monitor order correction (05:17 ET)
The old dry order195→197→198→196 depended on ignoring static terrain belts and is superseded. Actual route must be 195→198→197→196→15(power): E198/s755 reverses the upper-right conveyor, allowing access to E197/s754. BigJRA pathE's monitor#2 is E198 on the right; event IDs are not guide-number order. The safe eastern probe from629[26,11] withradio3 ended19,7, confirming automatic belt chaining. No battle was attempted. A temporary hypothesis incorrectly treated RPG MoveCommand35 as Through;35 is DirectionFixOn,37 isThroughOn. That hypothesis was reverted before further live routes. Solver now queues up to3 inspected forced steps (with separate settling waits), then proves the endpoint once.
Second room completed; final room in progress
The proven second-room order is E195/s753, E198/s755, E197/s754, E196/s756, E15/power1563. The eastern E198 must precede E197; a wrong dry order leaves the upper monitor inaccessible. Native Devon-second-puzzle-complete phase38 and Devon-final-puzzle-radio-ready map631[9,26] prove all six at fullHP. Cutscene45 can display no textbox during its attack animation; linear_dialog now supports --world-settle18, and the macro asserts nativephase38 before proceeding. The first early save wasphase37 during the scene; the corrected later same-name snapshot supersedes it.
Final-room E120, E117on, E118on, E117off are now observed. Three forced moves may be queued per coordinate proof; their individual settling waits remain. Never replay completed monitor toggles on resume.
If PULSE usesAutotomize, after priorityArcExtremeSpeed chip, a freshAmp can survive resistedDischarge and setLightScreen. SwitchingExc into a screened attack is then reasonable: it is immune toDischarge and can survive one screenedHPFire before guaranteedEQ afterchip. This is safer than forcingCF to survive two attacks beforeRoom. Native screen turns and actual field remain decisive.
