Route4 Scale bridge helper — source-only development

scripts/route4_scale_bridge.py is dry-run by default. Four pure fixtures, installed715 E97/E64 source validation, and syntax checks pass. Development executed no UI/captures/live/native/save operations. Root owns the actual pilot. It reuses calcenon_agate_queue world/coordinate/page guards and the established layer/surface/event/checkpoint helpers rather than duplicating movement.

After ordinary calcenon_agate_queue proves 715[65,17], supply the actually observed410 layer and fresh frozen party/bag proof. Example (replace the evidence filename with the root's actual saved checkpoint):

Dry source proposal: python3 scripts/route4_scale_bridge.py --layer 1. No live file access in default mode. --phase dock|board|cross|pickup permits a reviewed restart from the respective exact start 65,17 /50,23 /50,25 /57,21, with a new journal after an interruption; it does not resume/replay an existing pending journal.

The dry path ends50,23/410False. Boarding only answers the source-backed normal Surf Yes/No; actual50,24 and a unique installed Surf-avatar pixel match are required. Then oneDown must visibly reach50,25 before mirroring only the unconditional E97→410True into planner notes. No fake Surf is inferred from a hop rock. The short real Surf path ends57,21 before715 E64 interaction. Public acquisition output must identify HeartScale; one normal Route4-Scale-129 quicksave then requires native bag≥1 and 715,64,A=True before crediting pickup.

Default Surf matching checks the six installed player Surf sprites at native scale4, exact97% opaque pixels. --surf-sprite boy_surf (or the root's verified actual player) and --sprite-scale 1..4 can narrow it. A changed scale/tint/ambiguous avatar stops for public review; no game-internal Surf flag is read. Every helper/input has a pending receipt, epoch and completion proof; capture restart/change, mismatch, battle/choice/dialogue or absent item proof stops without continuing the next phase. Existing movement helpers may re-observe/replan during a transient recorder interruption; this wrapper still stops at that helper boundary if the restart counter changed.
