  1. I’ll resume from Shade, prepare for the fifth badge, and keep progressing until usage reaches 2% remaining. Then I’ll save, finalize the recording, quit, and use the remaining budget for archive cleanup.

  2. We have 35% usage remaining at the start. I’m heading back to heal, then preparing the team for the factory sequence and the level-45 stretch. Swoobat’s Psychic upgrade and a stronger Ground attacker are the first priorities.

  3. The team is healed. I’m taking the nearby Nidorina detour before the factory; we already have both the event item and its evolution stone. I’ve also added automatic map-change notes to make the next soundtrack edit much less laborious.

  4. Nidorina’s event is accessible, and its guaranteed offensive IVs make this a worthwhile pickup. I’m clearing the cave approach now. For the upcoming factory boss, I’ll also keep Kricketune available: its physical attacks are useful against a foe with exceptionally high special defense.

  5. Nidorina has joined us. I’m putting it into the active team for training, with Kricketune stored safely for later matchups. Usage is now 32% remaining.

  6. The cave pickup is complete. Some smashed rocks reset when we re-enter a map, so I’m correcting that in the route notes rather than letting the movement script repeatedly try a blocked path.

  7. I’m returning to the PC to make the roster swap, then heading into the next story sequence. The recording is confirmed to contain only the game window, and the saved checkpoint remains intact.

  8. Nidorina is recruited. I’m adding her to the party and evolving her before Earth Power at level 43; that gives us a useful answer to Aya’s field later.

  9. Nidorina has evolved into Nidoqueen. Next I’ll put the Exp. Share on her and continue toward Blacksteam Factory, where the upcoming partner battles can help train her.

  10. The team is healed, Nidoqueen has the Exp. Share, and the new checkpoint is saved. I’m heading south to the Cain and Amaria story sequence, then into the factory.

  11. Cain’s next story event is underway. The factory route is planned, including its cage puzzle and the PULSE fight; I’ll use the partner battles to build the team before that boss.

  12. I’m streamlining the long dialogue sections into larger batches. The helper also caught a harmless “trying to” line as a move-learning prompt, so I’m tightening that check.

  13. We’re in the flashback explaining Ace’s involvement. Usage is at 28% remaining, and recording is running normally. I’m using this stretch to check the factory encounters and team needs.

  14. The factory’s first regular trainer has level-34 Charjabug and Mudsdale, so our level-40 core is in good shape for entry. I’ll put Swoobat in front for the supported battle and keep Nidoqueen gaining shared experience.

  15. The factory preparation is checked: Amaria’s level-87 Lapras handles the opening double battle, followed by the cage escape. I’m also preserving Protect on Swampert and planning around PULSE Muk’s much weaker physical defense.

  16. The group is now heading to Blacksteam. I’ll collect Ace’s mint on the way in, then use the planned route through the opening battle and cage puzzle.

  17. We’re through the police-station scene and travelling to Blacksteam. Swoobat now leads, with Nidoqueen holding the Exp. Share. The next major checkpoint will be after the factory escape and PULSE battle.

  18. An unchallenged street trainer intercepted the route; his level-12 Surskit is defeated. We’re continuing to the factory with only minor damage.

  19. Cain’s trust conversation is complete. I’m collecting the mint now; I’ve also mapped the cage puzzle’s Pokémon and switches so we can run its steps in longer, checked sequences.

  20. The Modest Mint is collected, and Amaria is opening the way into the factory. I’m holding the mint until we settle the team’s next roles rather than spending it immediately.

  21. We have access to Blacksteam now. Swoobat will target Golbat in the opening double battle while Amaria’s Lapras handles Lairon; Nidoqueen will receive the shared experience.

  22. The opening double battle is underway as planned. After it, the factory’s story sequence leads directly into the cage puzzle, which is ready to run.

  23. The opening battle is won, and Swoobat reached level 37. Lairon’s Rock Slide nearly knocked him out, so I’ll heal and change the lead before the next solo battles.

  24. Amaria healed the whole party after the battle, so no items were needed. Arcanine now leads as we head deeper into the factory. Usage is at 24% remaining.

  25. The factory story has reached Ace’s reveal. I’ve prepared a checked script for each stage of the escape—heat the bars, freeze them, then break them—so the puzzle can proceed with fewer short movement loops.

  26. We’re at the trapdoor leading into the cage. The next stretch is puzzle execution and item collection; afterward I’ll use the factory’s experience candies to prepare for the tougher fights ahead.

  27. The cage checkpoint is saved. The first scripted sequence is running: wake Abra, move Cyndaquil into position, put the guard to sleep, and heat the bars.

  28. Cyndaquil is in the correct cage. The script paused because OCR split “teleports” into two words; that check is fixed, and the heating sequence is continuing.

  29. The guard is being put to sleep for the first attack on the bars. I’ve also checked the remaining factory trainers, including their Ground and Rock types, so we can switch leads before those matchups.

  30. The bars are heated. The next script swaps in Vanillite and repeats the guard-sleep setup to make the metal brittle.

  31. The heated bars are ready for Vanillite. I’m also logging the text already read from the game screen with timestamps, which will make matching battle and scene music to this recording easier during cleanup.

  32. Vanillite is in position, and the freezing stage is nearly complete. Before ZEL, I’ll use the factory’s exit shortcut to heal and bring Kricketune back for its physical attacks.

  33. The bars are now cold and brittle. The final sequence is bringing Roggenrola into position to break them, after which we can collect the basement items and open the way back outside.

  34. Roggenrola is in place for the final step. The puzzle has gone through heat and freeze successfully; we’re about to break the bars.

  35. The final Rock Blast is coming up. Once we’re out, I’ll collect the basement candy and supplies, then make the recording rollover near the hour mark.

  36. The bars are broken and the cage escape is complete. I’m heading downstairs for the candy and supplies, then back up toward the factory’s exit controls.

  37. The large experience candy and Magnet Powder are collected. I’m finishing the remaining basement pickups before moving upstairs.

  38. The basement pickups are complete, including TM49 Echoed Voice and the PULSE readout. I’m returning upstairs to open the front gate, then I’ll pause for the recording rollover.

  39. Devin intercepted the route to the gate. His team is already checked: Arcanine will handle Croagunk, then Swampert will take over for Alolan Graveler.

  40. Devin is defeated, and Nidoqueen reached level 29. We’re near the hour mark, so I’m saving and pausing to finalize this recording before starting the next one.

  41. Recording 026 is finalized and verified: 57 minutes of capture became about 11 minutes of trimmed 4× footage. I’m starting recording 027 and resuming from the saved factory checkpoint.

  42. Recording 027 is running. Swampert is handling Kenan’s Machop and Graveler while I review the previous segment’s music transitions in the background.

  43. Kenan is defeated, and the first segment’s normal-speed music is rendering over the finished 4× video. I’m opening the gate now so we can heal and adjust the party before ZEL.

  44. The gate is open. Diana caught us on the route to the upper-floor candy; I’m using Swampert for Electrike, Arcanine for Gloom, then Swampert again for Salandit.

  45. Nidoqueen is now level 30. The previous recording’s BGM edition is finished and verified, with the video stream unchanged. Gloom is down; Salandit is next.

  46. Diana is defeated. I’m collecting the second large candy, then healing and bringing Kricketune back before the PULSE fight. Usage is at 17% remaining.

  47. The second large candy is collected. I’m returning to the Pokémon Center now. I also checked the nearby Ability Capsule; we already used that one to give Kricketune Technician, so I won’t make a redundant detour.

  48. We’re on the way to the Center. For ZEL, I’m planning to use Cryogonal’s Light Screen to protect Kricketune, then exploit Technician-boosted Fell Stinger if a reliable knockout presents itself.

  49. The team is healed. I’m swapping Swoobat for Kricketune for ZEL and using the candies to strengthen that matchup; Swoobat will return for the Fighting-focused stretch afterward.

  50. Kricketune reached level 43 and is close to Sticky Web at 44. I’ll finish that level against a suitable remaining trainer; setting Web before Espeon enters will make the boss fight much safer.

  51. Kricketune is ready for the remaining Zorua/Spoink trainer. That should provide the last experience needed for Sticky Web, while also giving Nidoqueen more shared experience.

  52. We have 14% usage remaining. I’m finishing the factory route, with Sticky Web and Light Screen prepared for the PULSE battle, and will keep monitoring the cutoff.

  53. Kricketune has learned Sticky Web. The factory’s remaining locks are next; I’ll save at the boss entrance so we have a clean checkpoint before the harder fight.

  54. The first atrium lock is open. Kricketune handled both Pokémon without taking damage; I’m keeping that health for ZEL while opening the upper-floor lock.

  55. A guard intercepted the upper route. I’m using Arcanine for his Charjabug and Swampert for Mudsdale, preserving Kricketune for the boss.

  56. Swampert beat Mudsdale and reached level 41. I’ll restore the damage taken before entering the atrium, then use the boss’s actual move choices to guide the switches.

  57. Avril’s Finneon went down in one hit. Her Gothorita is also weak to Kricketune’s Bug attacks, so this should clear the way to the second lock without another team change.

  58. Both locks are open. I’m heading to the atrium entrance for healing and a save, then taking on ZEL.

  59. The team is healed and the game is saved at the atrium entrance. The plan is Sticky Web first, then physical pressure on ZEL’s bulky Pokémon, with Light Screen held for PULSE Muk.

  60. The atrium scene is underway. I’m also marking its music changes so the archive can follow the scene and battle instead of keeping the factory theme throughout.

  61. Amaria has arrived; the scene is approaching the ZEL battle. I’m preparing the archive stitching to preserve the restored music when this leg is combined.

  62. Sticky Web is down. Glaceon’s Icy Wind hurt Kricketune, so Arcanine is taking over while I restore Kricketune for Espeon and Umbreon.

  63. Glaceon is down, and Kricketune is back at full health. Sticky Web should let it move before Espeon; I’ll use Fell Stinger here to try to build an Attack boost for the remaining two.

  64. Espeon took two hits, but Fell Stinger finished it and Kricketune reached the level cap. I’m checking ZEL’s next choice before committing the boost.

  65. Umbreon fell in one hit, giving Kricketune the maximum Attack boost. It’s low on health, but I’ll use that boost to take a large chunk out of Muk before bringing in the healthy reserves.

  66. Kricketune took most of Muk’s health before fainting. Muk is now Electric, so Swampert gets a safe entry and can finish the job with the rest of the team still available.

  67. Muddy Water missed. I’m switching Cryogonal into Muk’s Ground attack; Levitate gives us an opening, and Ice Beam can finish its current Ground form.

  68. ZEL and PULSE Muk are beaten. Cryogonal finished Muk without taking damage. Next is the harbor key, a full heal, and the trip to Apophyll.

  69. The factory is cleared. I’m finishing Amaria’s handoff, then bringing Swoobat back into the party for the Fighting-heavy Apophyll section.

  70. For Apophyll, I’ll use Swoobat against the Fighting trainers and keep Swampert and Ampharos ready for the mixed teams. The walkthrough also marks a nearby experience candy that can help prepare Psychic before Kiki.

  71. We’re at 11% usage remaining. The factory victory is secure; I’m continuing into Apophyll and will stop gameplay at 2%, leaving the final margin for save-and-quit and video cleanup.

  72. The team is healed. I’m making the Swoobat swap at the PC, then using a queued route through Obsidia and Coral to reach the boat.

  73. A low-level street trainer interrupted the route; Swoobat is clearing it quickly. The installed area data doesn’t match the walkthrough’s candy listing, so I’ll verify pickups in-game and use trainer experience as the fallback.

  74. The route is clear again. I’m keeping the next stretch queued so we can reach the boat with fewer stops; the current recording will be rotated around the hour mark.

  75. The north Opal entrance doesn’t connect to the south route in the navigation map, so I’m crossing through the lower entrance. The harbor route after that is already queued.

  76. Swoobat cleared the remaining street battle without damage. The archive now has draft music cues for the factory trainers, Solaris’s scene, and ZEL’s battle, ready for review when this recording closes.

  77. The Opal trainer has level-35 Ghost types, so this is useful experience for Swoobat. Confusion covers Gastly, and Arcanine’s Crunch is ready for Litwick.

  78. We have 8% usage remaining. I’m continuing toward Apophyll; the next major preparation target is Psychic on Swoobat, while keeping Swampert’s Ground coverage for Kiki’s Toxicroak.

  79. We’ve reached Coral. I’m healing before the crossing, then I’ll close this recording at a convenient pause and begin a fresh one for Apophyll.

  80. The harbor is unlocked and we’re taking the boat to Apophyll. I’ll pause on arrival to finalize this hour’s recording, then resume with a new capture.

  81. The game is saved on Apophyll Beach with the whole team healthy. The 56-minute recording is finalized and trimmed to about 10 minutes at 4× speed; I’m checking its music overlay before starting the next capture.

  82. The recording review shows only the game, and the music cues match the main scenes and battles. The soundtrack render is finishing; Apophyll’s healer and the first route through the beach are mapped.

  83. The previous recording’s soundtrack is verified, and the new capture is running. I’m collecting Wave Incense for Swampert, then meeting Kiki and training through the academy.

  84. Swampert now has Wave Incense, and Swoobat has Odd Incense. Those give their Water and Psychic attacks a useful boost without changing the team.

  85. We encountered a wild Sandygast on the beach. I’m catching it as a reserve: a Ground/Ghost option could help with the academy’s Fighting battles and give us more flexibility later.

  86. Sandygast was caught with the first Quick Ball and sent to the PC. I’m keeping the current party together while we reach the academy and its healer.

  87. The academy training battles have started. Swoobat’s special Flying attacks are a good fit for Paul’s Tyrogue and Hitmontop, including avoiding Hitmontop’s Counter.

  88. The ash field is lowering accuracy after each Flying attack. I’m switching to Arcanine to finish Hitmontop, and using Psychic attacks for the remaining beach training.

  89. Arcanine finished Hitmontop and reached level 41. Usage is now at 4% remaining, so I’m keeping the next steps short: finish the academy introduction and establish a safe healing checkpoint before the cutoff.

  90. Greyson’s Sandygast intercepted us next. Cryogonal can use Ice Beam here without stirring up the ash, while also ignoring Ground attacks.

  91. Cryogonal won without losing health and reached level 38. I’m continuing to Kiki’s introduction, then moving into the academy where we can heal and save.

  92. Kiki’s lecture is underway. We’re down to 3% remaining; I’m avoiding another major battle and working toward the academy healer so the final stop is clean.

  93. Kiki has invited us to her room, and the party is healed at the academy. I’m restocking a few healing items here, then checking the usage limit again before any further story work.

  94. We’ve reached 2% remaining, so gameplay stops here. I’m saving at the academy, finalizing the capture, quitting the game, and stitching this session’s progress into the archive.

  95. The save is verified: the party is healthy at the academy, with healing supplies restocked. Both new video segments have passed their decode checks; I’m combining the full Gym 5 progress recording now.

  96. Stopped gameplay at 2% remaining, saved, and fully quit.

Defeated ZEL/PULSE Muk, reached Apophyll Academy, and caught Sandygast. The party is healed; four badges earned.

Progress recording — 24:12, trimmed at 4× with normal-speed BGM. Backup and resume notes are updated.
